Morning in the X-mansion

He'd not had a good night last night. The extra minds in the house made it difficult to shut down completely. Or perhaps the fact he may have been hit by lightning before arriving here might have something to do with that.

In any case, Charles found himself very awake early morning and hunting in the kitchen for fixings to make a decent cup of tea. And not having much luck.

"Yes, it does," he says in agreement. "People fear what they do not understand." But that did not mean they couldn't win them over.

At that point, a few of the other students went racing by, yelling about getting to school.

"I should get going," she said. "You'll probably have to get all the paperwork settled with some backstory for the principal." She put her bowl away in the dishwasher for later.

"I'll see you later?"
