ihearyouthinkHe'd not had a good night last night. The extra minds in the house made it difficult to shut down completely. Or perhaps the fact he may have been hit by lightning before arriving here might have something to do with that.
In any case, Charles found himself very awake early morning and hunting in the kitchen for fixings to make a decent cup of tea. And not having much luck.
